Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your bet 977 account.

• Source of funds: All funds deposited to bet 977 must originate from a payment method legitimately registered in the depositing Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Currency: All transactions are in PKR. Bet 977 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposit processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit within approximately 30 seconds. Bank transfer methods credit within 5 to 15 minutes under normal Pakistan banking conditions. Delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider are outside bet 977's control.
• Declined deposits: Bet 977 is not responsible for deposits declined by the Player's payment provider. Contact your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash directly for payment provider issues. Bet 977 support can assist in confirming whether a deposit was received on our side.
• Deposit limits: Responsible gaming deposit limits set by the Player within their account settings will override standard transaction limits. PKR daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configured by the Player are enforced immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Withdrawals from bet 977 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Bet 977 may request withdrawal via an alternative verified Pakistan payment method where the original channel does not support withdrawals.

• KYC requirement: KYC identity verification via CNIC must be completed before bet 977 will process any withdrawal request. This requirement applies to all Pakistan player accounts without exception.

Bet 977 offers various bonus and promotional products to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per payment method, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion's terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonus abuse — including exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity — is prohibited. Bet 977 may void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Bonuses credited in PKR will not be subject to exchange rate adjustments by bet 977. The PKR amount credited is the amount that counts toward wagering requirements.

All games available on the bet 977 platform — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), Jackpot Slots, regular slots, sports betting markets, and Cockfighting arenas — are governed by individual game rules published within each game environment. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms prevail.

• RNG integrity: All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games at bet 977, including slots and RNG table games, use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by previous results, Player account status, or any external factor.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical outcomes (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by bet 977's professional studio dealers in real time. Bet 977 is not responsible for results arising from studio technical issues outside our direct control.
• Disputed game results: In the event of a disputed game result, bet 977's records of the game round outcome are determinative in the first instance. Players may raise disputes via the complaints process described in Section 16.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents normal completion, bet 977 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered PKR to the Player's account. • Minimum and maximum bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits for all games at bet 977 are displayed within the relevant game interface. Limits are in PKR and vary by game type and Player VIP tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet 977 platform. Bet 977 actively monitors player activity for prohibited behaviour and will take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, creating accounts under false names, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one bet 977 account — whether in your own name or through associated individuals at the same Pakistan address or shared payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet 977's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by the Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bet 977 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. This limitation applies regardless of whether bet 977 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bet 977 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, Pakistan network conditions, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, Pakistan-wide network outages, or regulatory interventions) may result in temporary service unavailability.

Bet 977 collects and processes personal data from Pakistan players — including CNIC information, Pakistan mobile number, payment method data, game history, and device/browser information — in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the bet 977 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bet 977's complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
